More Than a Machine Shop
Rollin’ Fatties Speed Shop was born from a simple but powerful belief — that American manufacturing isn’t gone, it just needs the right people willing to bring it back.
We built this shop to give makers, product developers, and small manufacturers a local, responsive alternative to the big online services. Faster turnaround. The same competitive pricing. But with a real person behind every job and a genuine investment in seeing your project succeed.
We exist to lower the barrier between a great idea and a finished product. Whether you’re a solo maker scaling up your first production run or a small business looking for a reliable fabrication partner, Rollin’ Fatties Speed Shop is built to serve you with the quality, turnaround, and pricing that keeps your project moving forward.
American made. Maker focused. Built to last.
The Person Behind the Parts
Adam Gray’s professional career began in elite drag racing, first servicing the clutch for Hartman Enterprises’ top fuel dragster team, then joining John Force’s top fuel funny car team, where he serviced the motor’s bottom end and advanced to become the lead fabricator.
He continued his work in the racing world by fabricating a pro stock motorcycle for Rob Muzzy Racing. Later in his career, he briefly transitioned into publishing, starting and publishing Stateside Magazine, an art magazine in Santa Barbara, before returning to his technical roots as a fabricator for SAFE Laboratories, a crash test facility in Southern California.
Today, Adam is the founder and owner of Rollin’ Fatties Speed Shop in Grants Pass, Oregon. Outside the shop, Adam remains as hands-on as ever — building and working on his hot rod, managing his farm and vineyard, and pursuing his passion for long-range shooting and precision reloading. The same attention to detail and craftsmanship that defines his work in the shop follows him into everything he does.
