CNC Laser Cutting — Fiber & CO₂

We offer precision laser cutting for both metals and non-metals, giving makers and small manufacturers a reliable local partner for production runs of any size.

Our fiber laser cuts steel, aluminum, and other metals up to 3/8″ thick with tight tolerances and clean finished edges. Our CO₂ laser works with a wide range of non-metal materials including acrylic, leather, fabric, nylon, wood (up to 1″), and custom gasket material.

Send us your DXF or vector file and we’ll get your parts cut — whether it’s 10 pieces or 10,000.

Vibratory Finishing & Deburring

We offer professional vibratory finishing for metal and non-metal parts using a 2.5 cubic foot industrial tumbler and two additional finishing units — giving us the flexibility to handle jobs of varying sizes efficiently.

Our media selection includes ceramic at multiple cut rates for aggressive deburring through fine finishing, stainless steel for burnishing and bright polishes, and walnut shell for smooth, clean surface finishing on softer materials.

The result is a consistently professional finish — burr-free, smooth, and ready for the next stage of your production process.

Precision Welding— MIG, TIG & Laser

We provide professional MIG, TIG, and laser welding across a broad range of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and titanium. Our capabilities span an exceptional thickness range — from ultra-thin sheet stock at 1/64″ (0.2mm) up to 3/16″ (5mm) .

CNC Rotary & Cylindrical Processing

We offer comprehensive processing capabilities for cylindrical parts and round stock up to 5.5″ in diameter. Our services include cutting, welding, surface cleaning, hardening, and precision engraving — giving makers and manufacturers a single source for multi-process cylindrical work.

Heavy-Duty Sewing

We offer industrial sewing services using a Mitsubishi LY2-3310 heavy-material lockstitch machine. Featuring upper and lower feed for reduced puckering and improved stitch quality, it handles thick threads and heavy materials including leather, canvas, nylon, and industrial fabrics — making it an ideal partner for makers producing bags, straps, pads, covers, or custom sewn components.

Additive Manufacturing - 3D Printing

Our additive manufacturing department runs four Bambu Lab P1S enclosed, high-speed printers dedicated to production runs, delivering consistent, repeatable results at scale. The fully enclosed build chamber enables us to run the complete spectrum of FDM materials — from everyday PLA and PETG to engineering-grade filaments including ABS, ASA, polycarbonate (PC), nylon (PA), TPU, and carbon fiber or glass fiber reinforced variants such as PLA-CF, PETG-CF, PC-CF, PA-CF, and PA-GF.

For design validation and prototyping, our Raise3D N2 provides a large build volume and the dimensional accuracy needed to test and refine parts before committing to a full production run.

From first prototype to finished production batch — we support your product at every stage of development.

Common Questions

Explore answers to some frequently asked questions about our services.
What types and how thick of metals can we cut?

Our fiber laser can cut up to thicknesses:

3/8” (10mm) Carbon Steel
1/4” (6mm) Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Copper and Brass
1/8” (3mm) Titanium

We can cut non metallics to thicknesses:

1″ (25mm) Wood

1/2″ (13mm)  Nylon, Fabric, Leathers, Acrylics

We can also cut some:

Plastics, Rubbers, and Foams

We are here to help as much or as little as you need.  We can produce laser cut design files from your napkin sketch, carboard cutout, or whatever medium best helps you describe your project.

You may submit it through our contact page or you can email it to info@rfspeedshop.com

Turnaround time varies but we can often get a quote back to you within 24 hours of submitted files, material requirements and desired quantity.

Our pricing is based off of a couple factors:

  • Your file run time.
  • Length
  • Number of pierces.

As well as raw material cost.

We have a tiered system where the cost of the laser operation goes down when thresholds are met for the 3 mentioned metrics above. We are happy to provide the exact quantities for price breaks.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We don’t have a minimum order quantity.  Sometimes you may just want a prototype and need to test it in the field.  We are here to help you make the best production choices possible.

Absolutely!  We understand how powerful a prototype can be for answering questions that a computer screen just won’t tell you.   We can help you test to get to the questions that need answers.

We accept all major credit cards

Our facility is not directly open to the public, however we are happy to have you over if you make an appointment with us first.  We love the efficiency of in person communication and collaboration.

  • Your cut file in DXF format preferred.
  • Material desired.
  • Quantity and/or budget.

What Our Clients Say

"Super fast service! I had a CAD drawing that needed scaled and then laser cut out of titanium. We cut a cardboard sample to get the size I wanted then made a stainless steel mock up. Followed by a working prototype out of titanium all in a few hours!! Couldn’t be happier with the service!"
